Return & exchange policy

Cartier creations purchased through the Cartier e-Boutique or Client Relation Center may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. Refund will be done to the original payment type.

You are also welcome to visit a Cartier Boutique in Australia to return your creation for an exchange or boutique merchandise credit. However, no refunds will be issued through Cartier Boutiques.

You may return your Cartier creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Cartier will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please follow the steps below:

i) Please contact the Client Relations Center by phone at 1800 13 0000 to make arrangements to agree on a pick-up date by our logistics partner Fedex. You may be asked at this stage to provide photos of the product for us to make a first assessment of the condition of this product.

ii) The Client Relations Center will send you a Return Form and pre-paid shipping label by email, after an initial assessment based on the photos of the product. 

iii) Please, fill out the required information on the Return Form and sign it. 

iv) You must include in the delivery package, the completed Return Form along with the product, all its accessories, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in their original box.

v) Please, seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid shipping label outside it, 

vi) On the agreed date, Fedex will pick-up the sealed delivery package at the agreed location.

In accordance with our Conditions of Sale, Personalized Cartier products (engraved products, embossed leather goods and adjusted belts) cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
