In line with the World Health Organization and local health authorities’ guidelines, our Melbourne and Chadstone boutiques are temporarily closed as of 5th August 2020 at 5:00pm until further notice.

Melbourne and Chadstone Cartier boutiques in Australia are temporarily closed. We hope to re-open the Melbourne and Chadstone boutiques as soon as it is safe to do so.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We continue to offer complimentary delivery for Standard Shipping. However, you may experience delays in your shipment.

 

BOUTIQUE PICK UP

As Cartier boutiques in Victoria are temporarily closed, our Boutique Pickup option is also temporarily suspended. We look forward to restoring our Boutique Pickup option soon.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To ensure the health and safety of our teams, partners and clients, our return and exchange policy is updated as follows:

  • In-store:
    • As Cartier boutiques in Victoria are temporarily closed to protect our clients, staff and community, our in-store returns and exchanges are paused for the closed boutiques. Please be assured, as soon as we are able to reopen we will honour any returns/exchanges that fall within this timeframe. Please keep in mind, all items considered for return or exchange must fall within our normal guidelines.
    • Returns and exchanges are still available in our Sydney and Brisbane boutiques.
  • Online: Our return and exchanges capabilities are available for purchases on www.cartier.com.au.

Return & exchange guidelines:

  • Must be in perfect, unworn condition;
  • Cannot be personalized in anyway;
  • Should be returned with any accompanying packaging, GIA certificates, etc.
  • The appropriate sales receipt should be presented with the merchandise

There will be no exceptions made to these updated policies.

REPAIRS & PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

For our clients in Victoria who have creations currently being serviced, there may be delays in servicing. A Cartier brand ambassador will be in contact with you directly for updates on your creation. If you are located in Victoria and need your creation serviced, we are unfortunately not accepting requests at this time.
