IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, MAY I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT THROUGH AUSTRALIA E-BOUTIQUE?

You will need to contact our Cartier Client Services within 30 days. Cartier Client Services will issue a Return Authorisation Number to you by email. Upon receipt of this number, you have the remainder of this 30-day period to return or exchange your purchase.

Only items purchased through the Australia e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the Australia e-Boutique.

Items that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.
