Please bring the email indicating that your order is ready for pickup, along with a valid form of identification. To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving license or ID card) together with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order. Please note that only the person who placed the order is authorized to collect the creation.

If you wish to try on your item in the Boutique and receive assistance from a Sales Associate, we request that upon receipt of your confirmation email you book an appointment to collect your item.
